The North-American editor, Timothy Killeen, has approved a special issue of JASTP dealing with the results of the 15-17 September 1999 Space Weather Campaign.

There are a number of new features of JASTP, recently implemented, that represent an interesting opportunity for campaign participants:

• Electronic submission of manuscripts
• Ability to publish electronic items (i.e., large data sets, color images, animations, etc.) as supplements to journal articles
• Free electronic access to full text articles for everyone until Dec 31, 1999 . Thereafter, free electronic access to full-text articles if your library holds a subscription to JASTP.
